If your Navigatr licence expires, any badges, activities, and pathways created under your account will not be deleted. Recipients who have earned badges or completed activities will retain their achievements, even if your licence is not renewed.
Managing Data Post-Licence Expiry
Retaining Badge Records: After your licence expires, all badges and other content will remain visible on your community page. However, they will no longer appear in search results on Navigatr.
Requesting Data Deletion: If your organisation wishes to delete all badge data, you can submit a formal request. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a data deletion request, and they will guide you through the necessary steps.
These options ensure that your content and user achievements are preserved or removed according to your organisational needs after your licence has expired.
