Updating or Resetting Your Password

Changing your password helps protect your account.


Changing Your Password


  1. Log In to Your Navigatr Account and access Settings.

  2. Navigate to Login & Security.

  3. Set a New Password: Your password must meet the following requirements:

    • Between 8 and 64 characters long

    • Include at least one uppercase letter

    • Include at least one lowercase letter

    • Include at least one number

    • Include at least one symbol (e.g., !@#$%^&*)


Resetting Your Password

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen.

  2. Enter your email address and click submit.

  3. Open the email and click "Reset Password".

  4. Enter your new password and click submit.
