Webhooks in Navigatr provide an automated way to issue digital badges when specific actions are completed in external platforms, such as form submissions or quiz completions. This allows organisations to integrate badge issuing into their existing workflows seamlessly.
With webhooks, you can connect Navigatr to platforms like Riddle, Typeform, and Zoho Forms to automatically issue a badge when a user completes a form, quiz, or survey. This is also commonly referred to as a badge claim form — a simple form collecting a learner’s first name, last name, and email that triggers badge issuance automatically via the webhook.
